RETURN POLICY E-SHOP
If the online purchased product does not meet your expectations, you can return the unopened package, which can eventually be exchanged. Opened packages are not taken in return for hygienic reasons, except for products with intrinsic defects. If you want to return the product, all shipping costs are for your own account. If the product is not received in good order via e-shop, you can report it through the following mail address: email@example.com. We will then contact you as soon as possible.
Returning a product via mail.
Pack the product as good as possible, so that it's well protected during transport, preferably in the same original packaging in which you received the product, along with proof of purchase. Please send your package to:

The returned product will be tested upon receipt. Opened products and used goods cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. In case of refund, Parfumeur NV will refund your product as quickly as possible to the account specified by you, no later than 15 days after we receive the goods. Transport costs will not be refunded.
